Tras finalizar el proceso de construcci\u00f3n y la instalaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de manipulaci\u00f3n de materiales el a\u00f1o pasado, la puesta en marcha en fr\u00edo tuvo lugar en oto\u00f1o. Con la primera producci\u00f3n de la nueva planta de desulfuraci\u00f3n pudimos ejecutar con \u00e9xito la puesta en servicio en caliente este a\u00f1o.    <\/strong><\/p><\/header><div><h2>Soluci\u00f3n segura para el medio ambiente<\/h2><p>El silo de yeso FGD de la central el\u00e9ctrica Nikola Tesla es una de las varias plantas de desulfuraci\u00f3n de gases de combusti\u00f3n construidas por Mitsubishi Heavy Industries en varios pa\u00edses balc\u00e1nicos. Para reducir los efectos negativos del di\u00f3xido de azufre (lluvia \u00e1cida), las centrales el\u00e9ctricas m\u00e1s antiguas deben equiparse con plantas de desulfuraci\u00f3n de gases de combusti\u00f3n para eliminar los di\u00f3xidos de azufre de los gases de escape de las centrales t\u00e9rmicas. Esto se consigue haciendo pasar los gases de escape a trav\u00e9s de una leche de piedra caliza, lo que hace que el di\u00f3xido de azufre se adhiera a la piedra caliza. Esta piedra caliza se transforma en yeso de desulfuraci\u00f3n de gases de combusti\u00f3n (FGD). Este lodo h\u00famedo de yeso FGD es la entrada para el Eurosilo, que se deshidrata y almacena antes de su env\u00edo a los productores de productos de yeso, trabajando por un medio ambiente mejor.      <\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcad1ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"fcad1ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"650\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.eurosilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/First-Gypsum-NT-4kant-768x650-1.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-1883\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.eurosilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/First-Gypsum-NT-4kant-768x650-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/staging.eurosilo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/First-Gypsum-NT-4kant-768x650-1-300x254.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e662daa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e662daa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bb504a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bb504a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Garantizar un funcionamiento fiable<\/h2><p>Con un sistema de manipulaci\u00f3n de materiales totalmente automatizado para un material a granel pegajoso como el yeso FGD, todos los componentes y la integraci\u00f3n completa se comprueban minuciosamente durante la puesta en marcha. Jan-Willem Hanskamp, director del Departamento de Proyectos de ESI: \u00abMediante guiones y listas de comprobaci\u00f3n, realizamos pruebas del software y de los componentes electrot\u00e9cnicos y mec\u00e1nicos. Todo tiene que funcionar como un sistema fiable, que cambie con precisi\u00f3n de un paso a otro en cada flujo del proceso. Tanto para la entrada como para la salida del yeso, hay distintos programas para garantizar una capacidad de entrada de 150 toneladas por hora y una salida de 40 a 50 toneladas por hora. A petici\u00f3n del cliente, tambi\u00e9n suministramos un sistema de extracci\u00f3n de aire para la carga de camiones sin polvo, que incluye un filtro para evitar la emisi\u00f3n de polvo en el entorno.\u00bb   <\/p><h2>Sistema de almacenamiento todo en uno<\/h2><p>El silo de yeso FGD de la central el\u00e9ctrica Nikola Tesla combina deshidrataci\u00f3n, capacidad de almacenamiento de 10.000 m3 y descarga fiable. Al combinar estas tres funciones b\u00e1sicas en un flujo log\u00edstico totalmente automatizado, podemos conseguir la menor huella posible con una sola instalaci\u00f3n. Esta es una de las principales ventajas en los emplazamientos de plantas existentes que ofrecen un espacio limitado para nuevas instalaciones.
